"A 100-year-old pedophile who violated his parole by skipping sex offender classes is back behind bars in upstate New York.
Theodore Sypnier was released to a Buffalo halfway house last fall after serving 18 months in prison for the same type of parole violation. The state Parole Board announced Friday that he had been ordered to serve two more years behind bars.
Authorities say Sypnier sexually molested children as young as 4 years old for decades in Buffalo and later in the Town of Tonawanda. He was released from prison in 2008, after serving time on a 1999 conviction for molesting two young sisters.
His 58-year-old daughter says Sypnier molested her and other neighborhood girls when she was young, and pedophiles never change no matter how old they get." www.salon.com
I posted about this guy awhile back but I can not remember if I posted in ShowMeBlog or Howard’s Notebook. Thank God this guy is back in jail. If I remember correct I may have posted a news video on him. I remember seeing a number of people being interviewed and they were people that try and help people like this guy and they were all saying he needed to go back to jail.

If you are a nudist this story is bad news. I have been to a nudist came for a weekend. It was in the middle of Kansas. I had a great time and the people were the nicest people I have ever met in my life. There was zero sex. Nudist camps are NOT the place to go for sex. They do not allow any thing like that…but,I think, most people hear nudist and they think sexual pervert. So the last thing in the world nudist need is a story like the following one.

"Tampa, Florida (CNN) – Former middle school math teacher Stephanie Ragusa was teary-eyed Monday as she pleaded guilty to having sex with two underage students.
Ragusa, 31, faces up to 10 years in prison when she is sentenced on June 15.
She pleaded guilty to three counts of lewd and lascivious battery in a March 2008 case involving a 14-year-old boy.
She also pleaded guilty to two counts of having unlawful sex with a minor in an April 2008 case involving a 16-year-old student.
Prosecutor Rita Peters said Ragusa had intercourse with the 14-year-old on three occasions between October 2006 and May 2007. Evidence in that case included a phone conversation police recorded with the teen’s consent. During the phone call, Ragusa could be heard urging him to keep their encounters secret, Peters said.
Peters said the encounters with the other teen began when he was 15. They ended when she was arrested in April 2008 as she was leaving his home. Evidence in the case included DNA matches, several amorous letters Ragusa wrote and gifts she gave him, the prosecutor added. The gifts included a key chain with her initials on it.
Peters said investigators also found a will in Ragusa’s handwriting that named the teen as executor.
Shackled and dressed in an orange jumpsuit, Ragusa entered her guilty pleas just before a jury was to be picked at her trial…"

"The Broward Sheriff’s Office on Friday arrested a teacher at Rickards Middle School on charges he engaged in sex acts with a female eighth-grader on school grounds.
Orville Edwards Jr., 36, of Hollywood, was charged with sexual battery familial or custodial, and two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation, an arrest report said.
Investigators learned of the situation from an adult who came across a cell phone with a sexually explicit message, authorities said. She didn’t know whom the phone belonged to, so she reported it to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, sheriff’s spokeswoman Veda Coleman-Wright said.
"If it hadn’t been for a graphic text message and a concerned adult, this relationship may not have come to light," Coleman-Wright said. "A concerned adult did the right thing: She didn’t ignore it and she got involved."
Investigators used the phone to find the girl, who told the Sheriff’s Office that she and Edwards exchanged telephone numbers in early March and began a relationship, the report said.
Edwards asked her to meet him during sixth period one day in his science classroom at the Oakland Park middle school, where he took her to a laboratory and engaged in sex acts with her, the report said.
On Friday, the Sheriff’s Office said, Edwards was taken into custody and admitted that he engaged in a sexual relationship with the girl and corroborated the girl’s account of events…"

MSNBC has a story "Priest describes touching boys: ‘I went too far." I am going to say something that you are not going to agree with and it is not going to make me very popular. I can feel a little sorry for the priest.
I am going to do some guessing here… That he is near 75 years of age… That he became a priest at an early age. He gave up any idea of having sex to serve God and his community. He may or may not have been gay. If he was gay, and I suspect he was or else he would not have been willing to give sex, he did not know he was gay.
My guess is that the church did not go any screening to screen out men like him that might have problems. My guess is that the church did not have any classes or training on what to do and not do and avoid and everything else.
So a young priest finds himself in charge of 30 boys aged 13 to 16 years of age. Plus he is alone with them and at night.
I think it was like bringing gasoline and fire to each other. It just takes a spark.

My guess is that if the full story was known there is much more to it than this… Because I am guessing that he was in this sort of position, yes of power, for many many years. So what he says above could be how it started…But what took place later. My guess is that it takes more and more sex. It could be if we heard just one story from a victim that we would have no feeling of being sorry for the priest.
The priest if you read between the lines is feeling very sorry for himself. It is poor me poor me. On the other hand I can see why… Everyone hates him…He is very old and if the church kicks him out who will take care of him. I do not think the church has a retirement plan. My guess is that they take care of their old priest…Give them a place to live and feed them in old age. If the church kicks them out what do they do? Of course if he goes to jail….They will give him a place to live and food.

The headline at kansasCity.Com got my attention: Wisconsin teen gets 15 years for Faceboox sex scam.
I had to check out that story. It seems that 19 year old Anthony Stancl, a male, posed as a girl on Facebook and tricked 30 of his male classmates into sending him naked photos of themselves.
Are you still with me? OK OK.. it gets better now… He then blackmails them into having sex with him.
It must have been high school because he pleaded no contest to two felonies including repeated sexual assault of a child.
I did a little searching and came up with this additional information if you are interested and these sorts of things interest me for some reason.

Has a photo of him and says he created two fake 16 year old girl profiles on Facebook. He also had a 13 year old victim.
It said the he told the boys that they would have to perform sexual acts on the girl’s male friend first. I am starting to like this guy! Smile
He took photos of all of this activity and if the boy would not do it he would make the threat to post their nude photos.
Get this … How do you think they got him? You think one of the boys said go to hell.
No Mr. Stancl wanted to get a day off from school so he called in a bomb threat. The FBI came and got him and decided to take a look at his computer.
I take it back I am not starting to like this guy. Smile
Well now young Mr. Stancl is going to spend the next 15 years around a lot of grown up men.

A friend just sent me a video. It is from an operating room. The doctors and nurses are removing an artificial penis from the rectum, I think, of a male or female. The doctor holds it up and they are all laughing. Plus a number of them are taking photos with there cell phones.
They are not speaking English. It sounds like it might be Russian.
If those were American health care workers they would all be fired and I do not think they could ever work in health care again. I am talking about the doctor even.
Who ever was making the video, on a cell phone I think, aimed the camera at the anesthesiologist and he waved his hands that he did not want to be in the video. He was the only smart person in the operating room.
I do not think this would happen in the United States. If it did happen there would be a lawsuit and the patient would end up owning the hospital.
It would also be a federal crime and the hospital would suffer major fines. They could be forced to close if there were other events like that in the past.
Now having said it could never happen in the United States…. I was working at a hospital in Kansas City (MO) back in the 70s. I was making my rounds of the hospital and employees were coming up to me and saying did you see the X-rays of the guy with the artificial penis in him? I told them no and that I had no desire to see it and that it was wrong to be showing it or talking about a patient’s personal medical information.
I then went to make contact with the director of security, my boss, and I ran into him. He had a X-ray folder under his arm. He asked me if I had seen the X-rays of the guy with the artificial penis in him. I told him NO and that was personal medical information. I said someone is show it to people. He laughed and told me that he was doing it. I attempted to tell him that it was big time wrong and he just laughed and went off to show it to others.
To be honest.. It was a long time ago.. I do not remember if it was an artificial penis or a Coke bottle. Because we had two men about the same time come in with objects in them.
I would like to think that a thing like that could not happen today in the medical field but when you read the news and see how stupid people are… I wonder.

It is hard to believe that this is a real story. This should be a movie. I can not believe how stupid that school administration was about this entire matter.

PHILADELPHIA – A Pennsylvania school district accused of secretly switching on laptop computer webcams inside students’ homes is under investigation by federal authorities, a law enforcement official with knowledge of the case told The Associated Press.
The FBI will look into whether any federal wiretap or computer-intrusion laws were violated by Lower Merion School District officials, the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the official was not authorized to discuss the investigation, told the AP on Friday.
Days after a student filed suit over the practice, Lower Merion officials acknowledged Friday that they remotely activated webcams 42 times in the past 14 months, but only to find missing student laptops. They insist they never did so to spy on students, as the student’s family claimed in the federal lawsuit.
Families were not informed of the possibility the webcams might be activated in their homes without their permission in the paperwork students sign when they get the computers, district spokesman Doug Young said.
"It’s clear what was in place was insufficient, and that’s unacceptable," Young said.
The district has suspended the practice amid the lawsuit and the accompanying uproar from students, the community and privacy advocates. District officials hired outside counsel to review the past webcam activations and advise the district on related issues, Young said.
Remote-activation software can be used to capture keystrokes, send commands over the Internet or turn computers into listening devices by turning on built-in microphones. People often use it for legitimate purposes — to access computers from remote locations, for example. But hackers can use it to steal passwords and spouses to track the whereabouts of partners or lovers.

“France’s Culture Minister Frederic Mitterrand is facing intense pressure over a book he wrote that described paying for "young boys" in Thailand.
The book was written four years ago, before he joined the government, but is back in the headlines following his impassioned support for Roman Polanski.
Polanski has been arrested in Switzerland on child sex charges.
Mr Mitterrand, nephew of late President Francois Mitterrand, is expected to defend himself on TV later on Thursday.
Mr Mitterrand has come under attack from right and left.
In his 2005 book The Bad Life, he wrote: "I got into the habit of paying for boys," saying his attraction to young male prostitutes was not dimmed despite knowing "the sordid details of this traffic".
"All these rituals of the market for youths, the slave market excited me enormously… the abundance of very attractive and immediately available young boys put me in a state of desire."
Mr Mitterrand, 62, has denied being a paedophile, saying the term "boys" was used loosely.

today. How different politics and life are in France. Here in the United States if he had said something like this 40 years ago
it would have followed him.
In fact just his statement of being homosexual would have been meat to end his advancement here in the United States.
